For specific businesses acquiring land and set up a commercial building within “Yamanashi Business Park” (in Otoguro, Chuo-city) and began operation within 3 years, 20% of the land transferring cost shall be granted.

■ Requirements
(1) To begin operation within 3 years from the date of acquiring land in Business Park.
(2) To hire 5 or more people from Yamanashi newly within 1 year of the beginning of operation.
■ Incentive amount
20% of the transfer amount defined in the deed of land transfer.
