自動翻訳サービスに関する障害について（Language）

平素より山梨県公式ホームページをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

山梨県公式ホームページにおいて提供している自動翻訳サービスについて、現在利用できない状況になっていますので、お知らせいたします。

利用者の皆様にはご不便をおかけしておりますことをお詫び申し上げます。

障害の概要

現在、山梨県公式ホームページの外部連携サービス「Language（多言語翻訳）」機能が利用できない状況となっております。

本事象は、自動翻訳サービス提供事業者の外部データセンターで発生した障害に起因するものであり、山梨県のサーバー自体に障害が発生したものではありません。なお、本件に伴う個人情報の流出や漏えいは確認されておりません。

外部連携サービスが復旧し次第、改めて本ホームページにてお知らせいたします。
なお、多言語翻訳機能の復旧までの間は、各ブラウザに搭載されている標準翻訳機能等をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。

Notice of Service Disruption

 

This issue is caused by a failure at an external data center operated by the translation service provider and is not the result of any problem with Yamanashi Prefecture's own servers. No leakage or unauthorized disclosure of personal information has been confirmed in connection with this incident.

We will provide an update on this website as soon as the external service is restored.

Until the multilingual translation function becomes available again, we kindly ask users to utilize the built-in translation features provided by their web browsers or other translation tools.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
