2月（がつ）20日（にち）までのあいだは、感染（かんせん）拡大（かくだい）防止（ぼうし）対策（たいさく）を 続（つづ）けて ウイルスに かからないように 気（き）をつけてください！



Temporary Request for Special Cooperation

Cases of the Omicron variant continue to remain high in Yamanashi.
In order to reduce the risk of getting infected, we need to take effective measures based on what we know about the Omicron variant (high transmission rate and relatively mild symptoms excluding cases in the elderly and those with underlying conditions). Regarding this, we have issued a temporary request for special cooperation as listed below, to be in effect through February 20, 2022.

(1)　Refrain from unnecessary, non-urgent outings unless you are vaccinated
If you have not received two doses of the vaccine, you are advised to refrain from unnecessary outings and travel, except in unavoidable circumstances such as commuting to work or school, hospital visits, shopping for daily necessities, or getting vaccinated. Compared to those who are fully vaccinated, unvaccinated people have a higher risk of getting infected and becoming seriously ill, so please take the utmost care to protect your own health.

(2)　Increased infection control at home (especially for households with children)
In light of the surge in infections among unvaccinated children, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your children with you to any outings or travel unless absolutely necessary. It is crucial that you also take sufficient measures at home to prevent your children from getting infected. Specifically, make sure to wear a mask when talking and during mealtime as well.

Os casos de infecção pela nova variante Ômicron seguem crescendo em grandes proporções em nossa Província. Em vista das características da linhagem Omicron (rápida propagação da infecção e sintomas relativamente leves, exceto nos idosos e pessoas com comorbidades), é importante tomar medidas eficazes para reduzir o risco de propagação da infecção. Estamos emitindo um pedido especial de cooperação de caráter temporário até 20 de fevereiro de 2022, como se segue abaixo:

(1)　Às pessoas não vacinadas pedimos que evitem saídas desnecessárias
Aqueles que não completaram duas doses da vacina são aconselhados a evitar sair/ se deslocar desnecessariamente, exceto em circunstâncias inevitáveis, tais como deslocamento para o trabalho, escola, hospital, compras para necessidades diárias e vacinação. Em caso de contágio, a probabilidade dessas pessoas atingirem quadros graves da doença é alta se comparada às pessoas vacinadas. Portanto pedimos que tomem todas as providências possíveis para proteger sua saúde.

(2)　Medidas cruciais para prevenir infecções no lar (medidas para proteger as crianças especificamente)
Desde que a propagação da infecção em crianças não vacinadas foi confirmada, favor evitar de sair ou circular com crianças, a menos que haja circunstâncias inevitáveis, e tomar medidas suficientes para evitar que as crianças sejam infectadas em casa.
Por favor, certifique-se de usar máscara quando estiver conversando em casa, inclusive durante as refeições.

我县，奥咪克戎毒株正在迅速地蔓延，。奥咪克戎毒株的特性：（急速传染，除了高年者和有基础疾患者以外，感染后症状比较轻度。）所以，要降低感染速度，重要的就得确实地实行防疫政策，山梨县发布临时特别协力令，希望大家协力到令和4年2月20日。

(1)　没有接种疫苗者，请在家中自肃。没有接种第二次疫苗者，感染后重症化的比率较高，请最大限度的保护好自己的健康。除了上班，上学，去医院和买生活必须用品以外不要，不急的外出请自肃。

(2)　实行家庭内防感染措施。（特别是有小孩的家庭。）社会上没有接种疫苗的孩子被感染正在扩大，因此，请不是万不得已不要带孩子外出移动，在家中实行彻底的防感染对策。就是在家中也得戴口罩。（全家戴口罩）

Trên địa bàn tỉnh liên tiếp có số ca nhiễm biến thể Omicron ở mức độ cao. Dựa trên những đặc tính (khả năng lây lan nhanh, tình trạng bệnh của người nhiễm có xu hướng nhẹ hơn, ngoại trừ người cao tuổi và người có bệnh lý nền) của biến chủng Omicron, chúng tôi nhận thấy cần thiết thực hiện những đối sách mang lại hiệu quả cao trong công tác phòng, chống khả năng lây lan trên diện rộng của biến chủng này. Do đó, trong khoảng thời gian từ thời điểm hiện tại đến ngày 20 tháng 2 năm Lệnh Hoà thứ 4, chúng tôi mong muốn nhận được sự hợp tác từ phía người dân theo những mục được liệt kê như sau:

(1)　Những người chưa tiêm đủ liều vắc xin vui lòng hạn chế ra ngoài nếu không cần thiết
Đối với những người chưa hoàn thành 2 mũi tiêm vắc xin thì khả năng lây nhiễm sẽ cao hơn những người đã hoàn thành đủ 2 mũi tiêm vắc xin, do đó, những người thuộc nhóm đối tượng này, vui lòng hạn chế ra ngoài để bảo đảm an toàn sức khoẻ của bản thân, trừ trường hợp như đi làm, đi học, đến thăm khám tại bệnh viện, mua nhu yếu phẩm, tiêm vắc xin v.v…

(2)　Thực hiện triệt để những biện pháp phòng, chống lây nhiễm ngay tại nhà
Vì đã xuất hiện những ca nhiễm thuộc nhóm đối tượng là trẻ em chưa được tiêm chủng nên trừ những trường hợp cần thiết, vui lòng cân nhắc việc đưa trẻ ra ngoài và thực hiện đầy đủ những biện pháp phòng, chống lây nhiễm cho trẻ tại nhà
Vui lòng mang khẩu trang (loại Family Mask) kể cả khi ăn cơm hay khi nói chuyện ngay tại nhà
