・密閉（みっぺい）　密集（みっしゅう）　密接（みっせつ）の「3つの密（みつ）」のところには行（い）かないでください。
・発熱（はつねつ）していなくても　咳（せき）がでるとき　喉（のど）が痛（いた）いときは　すぐに病院（びょういん）に行（い）ってください。
・1月（がつ）31日（にち）まで　５人（にん）より　多（おお）い人（ひと）との食事（しょくじ）は　しないでください。
・2月（がつ）20日（にち）まで　まん延（えん）防止（ぼうし）等（とう）重点（じゅうてん）措置（そち）の対象（たいしょう）区域（くいき）には　なるべく行（い）かないでください。
・山梨県（やまなしけん）を　出（で）て　他（ほか）のところへ　行（い）くときは、　新型（しんがた）コロナワクチンを打（う）つか、検査（けんさ）を受（う）けてください。
・家族（かぞく）や友達（ともだち）が会（あ）いに来（く）るときは、新型（しんがた）コロナワクチンを打（う）ったか、検査（けんさ）を受（う）けているかを 聞（き）いてください。

Yamanashi Prefecture
We ask that you thoroughly implement the infection prevention measures listed below.

① Please make basic infection prevention measures a part of your daily life, such as keeping a safe distance, wearing a mask, washing and disinfecting hands, as well as providing adequate ventilation (about once every 30 minutes). In winter, we tend to forget about ventilation due to the use of heaters, but it is important to remember to ventilate regularly.
② Avoid places with large amounts of people and those that fall under the “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings), as well as refraining from using facilities that lack basic infection prevention measures.
③ Be sure to go to a medical institution or see a family doctor right away if you have a sore throat, cough or feel even slightly unwell (regardless of whether you have a fever or not).
④ Avoid high-risk dining situations with groups of 5 or more people at the same table※ (through January 31, 2022). ※Events such as wedding receptions shall be consulted separately.
⑤ When dining with others, avoid facilities that lack basic infection prevention measures. Instead, use facilities that have been certified for meeting infection control standards set by Yamanashi Prefecture (seen below as the Yamanashi Green Zone Certification System). Also, be sure to strictly adhere to infection prevention guidelines set by the facilities, such as hours of operation.
⑥ Use the COVID-19 Contact-Confirming App (COCOA) on your smartphone to get notified of possible contact with infected person(s).
⑦ Please carefully review information from the prefecture on the local infection situation before deciding to go out or visit other cities, towns, or villages, except when commuting to work or school, doctor visits, shopping for daily necessities, or getting vaccinated (through January 31, 2022).
⑧ Please refrain from traveling to prefectures designated as high-risk areas that require priority infection control measures, except for unavoidable circumstances such as commuting to work or school, or doctor visits (through February 20, 2022). When traveling to those areas and other prefectures as well, we ask that you take safety precautions beforehand such as getting vaccinated or getting tested and confirming negative results (for those who are unable to get vaccinated due to health-related reasons or other factors). We ask that those residing outside of the prefecture follow the same precautions before visiting Yamanashi.

Pedimos a todos que apliquem as seguintes medidas de prevenção listadas abaixo:

① Na rotina do dia a dia, certifique-se de cumprir estritamente as medidas básicas de prevenção como: manter o distanciamento, fazer o uso da máscara, lavar/ higienizar as mãos, garantir que haja ventilação adequada (uma vez a cada 30 minutos). Durante os meses de inverno, a ventilação é frequentemente negligenciada devido ao uso de aquecedor, portanto, por favor, assegure-se de que a ventilação seja regular;
② Abstenha-se de sair em grandes grupos, ir a lugares fechados, lotados - onde exista contato direto com outras pessoas, e, utilizar instalações onde as medidas básicas de controle de infecções não estão em vigor;
③ Caso sinta indisposição, por exemplo, com ou sem febre, dor de garganta ou tosse, você deve consultar um clínico geral ou profissional de saúde o mais rápido possível.
④ Pedimos que abstenha-se de frequentar confraternizações cujo risco de infecção é alto (mais de 5 pessoas na mesma mesa no mesmo grupo*) (Até 31 de janeiro de 2022) *As recepções de despedida devem ser discutidas caso a caso;
⑤ Ao fazer refeições acompanhado(a), evite utilizar instalações que não cumpram medidas básicas de prevenção. Frequente locais certificadas pela Prefeitura de Yamanashi, de modo que, as medidas de prevenção de infecções implementadas pela empresa estejam em conformidade com as normas estabelecidas (doravante Sistema de Certificação da Green Zone Yamanashi), e, siga estritamente às regras de prevenção locais, tais como a delimitação das horas de uso do local, dentre outras;
⑥ Promova o uso do aplicativo de confirmação de contato (COCOA), que utiliza smartphones para identificar possíveis contatos com pessoas infectadas;
⑦ Evite transitar sem necessidade. Ao sair para visitar outras cidades, vilas ou vilarejos, exceto o deslocamento ao trabalho, à escola, ao hospital, às compras para necessidades diárias, à vacinação etc. pedimos que reconsidere sua saída com base em informações da Província de Yamanashi sobre o estado da infecção (Até 31 de janeiro de 2022);
⑧ Pedimos que abstenha-se de viajar para localidades que estão sujeitas às medidas prioritárias de prevenção, exceto em circunstâncias inevitáveis, tais como deslocamento para o trabalho, escola ou hospital(Até 25 de fevereiro de 2022).Caso precise se deslocar para fora da província, pedimos que garanta sua segurança ao ser vacinado ou, caso não possa ser vacinado por razões de saúde, tenha em mãos um teste negativo. Aos visitantes presentes em nossa província, serão solicitadas as mesmas medidas de segurança supracitadas.

贯彻执行新冠感染防止对策。

① 日常生活中要注意：保持距离，戴口罩，勤洗手，勤消毒等基本防疫措施。定时通风（每30分一回）特别是冬季室内的取暖更要注意定时换气。
② 外出时人员混杂要注意避免“三密”，提升自我防护意识。不利用没有防御措施的施设。
③ 无论是否发烧，只要有咽喉疼痛，咳嗽，身体不适等，尽快与相关医疗机构联系就诊。
④聚餐时感染机率较高，禁止5人以上同桌。请自觉遵守。（令和4年1月31日止）
※婚宴等另行协商。
⑤聚餐时避免使用没有实行防疫措施的施设。要选择那些取得符合山梨县制定的防疫标准的店铺。（也就是有「山梨县防疫认定绿标」的施设利用。）并严格遵守施设的时间及规定。
⑥利用智能手机，上网确认接触网络。（略 称：ＣＯＣＯＡ）
⑦ 除了上班，上学，去医院，买生活必须品，打预防针等以外，尽量减少外出。万一外出时，要把握当地的感染状况慎重出行。（令和4年1月31日止）
⑧为防止感染，除非上班上学去医院等非去不可时，否则尽量不去有感染的地区，请自觉遵守。（令和4年2月20日止）另外去外县时没有打预防针的人或身体不能打预防针的人，要检查核酸为阴性，并在确保安全的情况下才可出行。当然，对于外县来我县者也同样要求。

Chúng tôi kêu gọi người dân thực hiện triệt để các biện pháp phòng chống sự lây lan dịch bệnh theo các mục được liệt kê sau đây:

① Trong cuộc sống sinh hoạt hằng ngày, cùng với việc thực hiện các biện pháp cơ bản trong phòng chống sự lây lan dịch bệnh như luôn đảm bảo giữ khoảng cách tối thiểu, đeo khẩu trang, thường xuyên rửa tay v.v… thì cũng cần đảm bảo việc thông thoáng không khí (30 phút cho mỗi lần thực hiện). Vào mùa đông, vì máy sưởi ấm được sử dụng nhiều nên việc thông thoáng không khí thường bị quên lãng, do đó, cần đặc biệt lưu ý việc thông thoáng không khí định kỳ kể cả vào mùa đông
② Khi di chuyển đến những nơi đông người, hạn chế di chuyển đến những nơi rơi vào tình huống “3 mật” lần lượt là không gian kín, tập trung đông người và có sự tiếp xúc gần cũng như những cơ sở không thực hiện các biện pháp phòng, chống sự lây nhiễm
③ Xin vui lòng đến các cơ sở y tế để thăm khám trong thời gian sớm nhất có thể nếu cảm thấy không khoẻ, xuất hiện các triệu chứng như đau họng, ho v.v… cho dù có xuất hiện triệu chứng sốt hay không
④ Hạn chế đến những buổi tập trung ăn uống có nguy cơ lây nhiễm cao (số lượng người tham gia từ năm người trở lên) (thời gian thực hiện đến ngày 31 tháng 1 năm Lệnh Hoà thứ 4)
*Ngoại trừ những trường hợp đặc biệt như đám cưới, đám ma v.v…
⑤ Khi tham gia vào những buổi tập trung ăn uống, vui lòng không đến những cơ sở không đảm bảo các nguyên tắc phòng, chống dịch bệnh. Đối với những cơ sở kinh doanh dịch vụ ăn uống, thông qua cơ chế xác nhận cơ sở đang thực hiện những nguyên tắc phòng, chống dịch bệnh phù hợp với những tiêu chí cơ bản trong chính sách phòng, chống dịch bệnh của tỉnh Yamanashi (sau đây gọi là chế độ xác nhận Vùng xanh (Green Zoon) của tỉnh Yamanashi)
⑥ Sử dụng ứng dụng quản lý tiếp xúc (gọi tắt là COCOA)
⑦ Ngoại trừ những những trường hợp như đi làm, đi học, đến bệnh viện, mua nhu yếu phẩm, tiêm vắc-xin v.v… thì việc ra ngoài cũng như việc di chuyển đến những xã, phường, trị trấn khác, người dân cần lưu ý nắm rõ những thông tin về diễn biến dịch bệnh của tỉnh để thực hiện di chuyển an toàn nhất có thể (thời gian thực hiện đến ngày 31 tháng 1 năm Lệnh Hoà thứ 4)
⑧ Đối với trường hợp di chuyển đến các địa phương nằm trong vùng áp dụng những biện pháp phòng chống dịch ở mức độ cao, trừ những trường hợp bất khả kháng như đi làm, đi học, đến bệnh viện v.v… xin vui lòng hạn chế di chuyển đến những địa phương này (thời gian thực hiện đến ngày 25 tháng 2 năm Lệnh Hoà thứ 4)
⑨ Khi di chuyển đến các địa phương khác, những người đã tiêm vắc-xin hoặc những người đã có xác nhận âm tính (dành cho những người chưa tiêm vắc-xin vì lý do không đủ điều kiện sức khoẻ để tiêm chủng v.v…) vui lòng thực hiện di chuyển an toàn khi đến các địa phương này
Chúng tôi cũng sẽ thực hiện những biện pháp tương tự đối với những người từ địa phương khác đến tỉnh Yamanashi
