The Kiyosato Highland Winter Festival:
As the Temperature Drops, so do the Prices!
Sales and bargains during any given festival day are calculated based on the day’s temperature.
Dates: February 1 – 28 (Monday thru Sunday)
Location: Participating stores in the Kiyosato area (Hokuto City)
