Winter Tanabata Festival

 

Come enjoy Tanabata in winter! At this festival, one can offer prayers and wishes for the new year with ema (votive figures) and others, while in the background is Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt. Fuji. Afterwards, one can enjoy the light illuminations around Lake Kawaguchiko.

 

Location: Oishi Park and Kawaguchiko Natural Living Hall

Date: January 1st - 15th

         9:00am - 6:00pm (Winter Tanabata Festival)

         5:00pm - 8:00pm (light illuminations)

Admission: Free

Access: Take Retro Bus Kawaguchiko Line and get off at the last stop, Kawaguchiko Shizen Seikatsukan.
